Educational/Vocational Benefits

Producing a school yearbook provides students with practical experience in writing, editing, advertising, design, photography, and desktop publishing. Yearbook consists of instruction in basic layout design using Adobe InDesign, instruction in writing and digital photography.  Students will learn about teamwork and meeting publication deadlines.  All of these things combined make working on the yearbook a hands on educational opportunity.
