Nehemiah Conference Set for June 16-17, 2009!

After a year sabbatical [due in part to the fact that our church is going through a 5 year strategic planning cycle of our own this year], we are pleased to announce that we will be having a Nehemiah conference again on June 16-17, 2009.  Our goal is to help you develop a clear, and exciting ministry plan that will encourage your church and spur them to greater effectiveness for Christ.

Why Strategic Planning?

We have found that excitement is generated when our church understands where we are going and how we intend to get there.  This initial excitement is greatly enhanced as God allows objectives and goals to be accomplished.  In 1997, Faith Baptist Church began a planning process that God has richly blessed.  The short and long-range strategic plans have helped our church remain unified as we have focused our attention on what God might do through us.

We believe that God has taught us a number of lessons during the last 12 years that will be helpful to you as well. It is our prayer that this conference will be used of the Lord to generate more unity, commitment, and passion in churches around the country in order to be pleasing to Christ and to obey his command to reach people with the gospel.
